At Palazzo Rotati, we were blown away by the beautiful apartment, just a short stroll from the sea. The warm welcome and already made-up room made us feel instantly at home. The daily breakfast brought to our room was a perfect start to the day. The comfortable bed, ample wardrobe space, and excellent shower and bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. The balcony provided a stunning view of the nearby buildings and allowed us to soak in the evening sun. The location of Fano offered plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as bicycle hire and affordable beach facilities. We particularly loved our bus trip to Urbino, with the front seats providing a breathtaking view of the countryside. The ground floor room towards the garden was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a big, comfortable bed. The modern and clean bathroom offered plenty of space, and the small kitchen was a convenient addition. Daily cleaning and parking permissions added to the convenience of our stay. The Fano theatre's music events and the nearby beach kept us entertained throughout our visit. our stay at Palazzo Rotati exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for its bright, spacious, and clean rooms, superb breakfasts, and exceptional value for money.

The decoration of Palazzo Rotati is absolutely delightful, reminiscent of the old Italian style of the 20th century. The common areas are spacious and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior, I found the hotel's accessibility excellent, with easy access to the rooms and facilities.
One small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more staff members available to assist with any special needs or requests.

The B&B provided spacious and comfortable apartments, perfect for our large family. The personalized service provided by Gabriela, the owner, was exceptional. The location of the B&B was ideal, with a short walk to the beach and other attractions in Fano. The highlight of our stay was exploring the enchanting park nearby, where the dancing sunlight filtered through the leaves of the trees, creating a magical atmosphere.
For dads, it would be great if the B&B could offer a designated play area for children.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is surrounded by fascinating old-world buildings and charming cobbled streets. You can even find a beautiful church nearby. The beach is just a short walk away, so you can have the best of both worlds. The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated in authentic Italian style, and always kept clean and tidy. The breakfast is offered with a variety of options, like fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, coffee, milk, and toasts.

A fantastic hotel in an absolutely great setting with lots of little extras. This accommodation was in the central location. We loved to chill in the nearby Osteria lo Spietato. Besides, at the free parking our car was safe. The venue is definitely recommended to all.

The rooms at Palazzo Rotati are simply extraordinary. They feel like they have been transported right out of a Jules Verne novel. As a lover of unique and immersive environments, I couldn't have asked for more. It truly was a dream come true.
Personally, I found the entrance to be a bit too large for my taste. But hey, that's just my subjective opinion.

Convenient location near the beach, great breakfast, helpful staff, and clean facilities. The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the beach and right in the center of the city. The breakfast was superb with different options to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained.
Can't think of anything.

It was excellent - owner very friendly.
I would have preferred a real breakfast - fresh fruit, bread, cheese, ham everyday and the option to have it outside in the courtyard - nowhere to sit outside. The owner did give me some cheese and ham. There were plenty of snacks - biscuits and sweet packet croissants otherwise. Minor issues really.

It was like we were residents of Fano, with our own apartment. Proprietor Gabriella Botis was really wonderful. It was a great experience,
